A freestyle massage designed to calm the mind or revitalise the body. I will personalise your oil-based massage by deciding which of their extensive massage techniques to apply and where on the body to focus on, depending on your needs.
Warm Bamboo Massage
60 minutes for £60- Full body.
Warm bamboo massage is very similar to the hot stone massage. It is type of holistic treatment. It is believed that bamboo massage has many healing properties which help to alleviate muscle tension; pain and ache; improve joint function; increase circulation. It will also make you feel relaxed but energised at the same time.
Aromatherapy
60 minutes for £60- Full body.
A treatment that uses a bespoke blend of essential oils to combat physical and mental discomfort such as muscular aches, insomnia, anxiety and stress.
Healing Chakra Massage
60 minutes for £60- Back of the body and legs.
This massage involves the use of crystals and chakra oils to balance the seven major energy centres (chakras) along the spine and will finish with a sound healing session.
Lava Shell Massage
60 minutes for £60- Full body.
Using eco-friendly and self-heating shells, this massage revitalises and balances the body and mind. Lava shells promote deep relaxation, improve the appearance of the skin as well as circulation around the body.
Crystal Reflexology
60 minutes for £60- Hands and feet.
This treatment combines the use of crystals and five element essential oils with traditional reflexology to balance spiritual energy within the physical body, relieve tension and improve circulation.
Tibetan Sound Massage
75 minutes for £65- Full body (includes a head massage).
Inspired by Tibetan Buddhism, this massage stimulates acupressure points along the spine, aiding the function of major organ systems. For this treatment you are welcome to choose from either an Indian essential oil blend to energise or an Oriental blend to calm the mind and body. A Tibetan singing bowl is used as it is a symbol of healing, allowing energy to vibrate through every cell in the body.
Crystal Healing Massage
30 minutes for £45- Back.
This relaxing massage uses smooth quartz crystals to ease the mind and leave you with a balanced aura and spirit. This treatment involves the use of uplifting or calming oils which you are welcome to choose from.
Nirvana Healing Massages
Nirvana Healing Massages are light pressure. They balance and calm the mind and body. These healing massages are about using the energy within us to create positive effects on our health and achieve a sense of inner peace.
